A: You can order using two different methods. Directly off of our "SHOP" page and add items to your cart and complete your order that way or using our contact us form if you are having any issues. Please note that we will respond via email from the contact us form with an invoice.

A: Yes. We use Square Space to process all payments. Unlike other third party apps or accepting payments directly, Square Space is a secure process that most retail stores are using now.
Q: How do I know that what I order is from the model I choose? How do I know this is legit?
A: We get this question a lot from nervous customers. As with any business, we have to earn your trust. We have been around for six years and have processed thousands of orders to hundreds of happy customers. In addition, we vet all models through an application process where they have to submit a copy of their legal ID and perform a video interview.
Q: I've used other sites before and have been scammed. How do I know that this won't happen here?
A: We do not send payment to the models until they have confirmed shipment and provided a tracking number. All orders will have a tracking number. If your package does not arrive, contact us and we will work to make it right.
Q: Privacy is very important to me. How will my order be packaged?
A: All orders are shipped in plain boxes or padded envelopes. They will include a packaging slip to confirm that the full order has been provided and to identify items if multiple models are chosen. There will be no markings on the outside detailing the contents of the package. The return address will be listed as either "USTG INT" or "JF INT". The return address is to one of our central offices for the privacy of our models.

A: We handle all communications for the privacy of our models. If you have questions, we can provide an answer on their behalf. We also have social media and discord where you may be able to interact with some of our models as well.

A: Pictures and videos are not included in our contracts with our models. In addition, most of our models have a very high volume of orders that they process. If you wish to have a pic or video, some will send them for a tip, but it's best to ask up front if that will hinder your purchase.
